We will arrange a pick up for the product, your refund will be initiated within 7 Business Days from the moment your order reaches the warehouse and after it passes all the nesseccea Return ID is generated in case of a pre-paid order.
In case your order is Cash On Delivery the amount will take 21 days to reflect in your account from the day of pickup.
You can also go to the nearest Meena Bazaar store and get it exchanged. We wont be able to give you a refund in that case but you can definitely choose any product for the same amount and if it exceeds the amount then just pay extra cash.
Our courier partners are instructed to not accept a package as a return while performing a package delivery.
Here are some conditions which might cause a return to get rejected:
1. In case the 30-day period has lapsed, the product cannot be returned to us.
2. If the product has been picked up, and it fails the quality check at our warehouse due to product usage, defect, missing tags or packaging, the return might get rejected. We will then ship the product back to you at no extra cost.
3. We also do not process a return for items that are classified as non-returnable.
If you paid for the order using cash, you will receive a refund in the form of cash or store-credit as per your connivance.
If you paid for the order using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net-banking, you will receive a refund to your source account. It should reflect within 5-7 business days.
Once you have received a confirmation email from us about the refund, be assured that the refund amount will be credited to your account. The number of days it takes for the credit to reflect in your account will depend on your bank. Typically, it shouldn’t take more than 5-7 business days.
Also, In case you paid for the order using cash and have not received any store-credit, reach out to us and we’ll sort it out for you.

4. Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, and the Return ID is generated within 30 days from the time of delivery.
5. Notify us about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. We want to keep an eye on it too!
6. Give us one business day after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, post that we will process your refund.
****Along with the amount you paid for the product, we will also refund an additional Rs.100/- to your Store Credit account. It’s our way of saying “Thanks for taking the trouble!”
The mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order.
